Terms
The copyright, disclaimer, liability and availability terms below are taken from the Payments, Debit Order, AVS, Wallet and Webhook source guides, where they are repeated identically. They are collected here once rather than reprinted on each API page. The source PDFs also carry a Statement of Confidentiality; it is deliberately not reproduced here because this site is public.
The Validation Guidelines and AVS-R Bank Responses source guides carry a Liability clause only — they have no Availability section — and that clause differs materially from the wording published below. The source guides carry more than one version of this clause; the version published here is the API-service wording, and confirmation from legal is pending before the Liability terms are treated as applying to every guide in this reference.

Availability
Although Payaccsys Services Ltd endeavours to provide a 24/7 uptime of its API service, it does not make any representations or warranties of any kind in this regard. Infrequent downtime is possible due to unforeseen circumstances and scenarios such as, but not limited to, the need to do emergency maintenance, the rollout of security patches and system upgrades, infrastructure failures, or outages and downtime at any of its third-party service providers on which it is dependent.
